- Recruit students who will benefit from and contribute to the Concordia experience.
- Enhance the diversity of faculty, students and staff.
- Strengthen connections between college life and students' futures.
3. Tell the Concordia story to a new group of students in a highly compelling way.
- Articulate Concordia's distinctive academic quality and mission.
- Strengthen Concordia's presence in key markets and among key constituents.
4. Secure new resources and ensure wise management of existing ones.
- Increase the size of the endowment.
- Acquire gifts to support the strategic plan initiatives.
- Realize optimal ne t revenue from tuition and increase revenue from non-tuition sources.
5. Enhance community life and support programs through facilities and technology.
- Complete the construction of the Campus Center.
- Develop plans for science and library facilities.
- Enhance information technology.
