About the Russian Language Village

The Lesnoe Ozero (the Russian Language Village) facility has a dining hall and 12 independent log cabins, located amongst rolling hills and summer pathways around the north shoreline of Turtle River Lake.  The facility used to be a resort, so the log cabins are comfortable, with 1-2 bathrooms and a common living area in each cabin.  The two-story, sun-filled cabins are fully furnished, so you will have plenty of table space and cozy places to sit and work in your Russian cottage.  Meals reflect the cuisine of the countries represented by the Language Villages.  Lunch and dinner are served family style, with breakfast made to order and served cafeteria style.  Breads, pastries and desserts are all home-baked, adding an ethnic flair not easily found elsewhere.
