Pat Bastion, Administrative Assistant

Bastion provides administrative assistance to the Provost, coordinating his daily schedule, files and projects. She maintains faculty promotion and tenure files, and provides assistance to the Director of Academic Budgets and Planning. She prepares materials for meetings with the board of regents, faculty senate, and other committees as needed by the Provost, maintains committee lists, and coordinates the Dean's List mailings.

Hoverson coordinates events and manages various calendars for the offices of the Provost and Academic Affairs. She also manages office communications, including websites, portal, C-news, mailings, etc. She provides assistance to the Associate Dean for Core Curriculum & Faculty Development, including inquiry seminar, faculty development, and summer workshop planning. She also assists with Graduate Program administration.
Sandi Paulson, Administrative Assistant

Paulson serves as the primary contact at the Academic Affairs front desk and on the phone. She schedules meetings and provides administrative support to the Dean of Arts & Sciences and the Academic Division Chairs. She also maintains faculty evaluation files in addition to providing general office assistance for Academic Affairs projects.
Shanda Schmidt, Administrative Assistant

Schmidt manages faculty files, maintains databases including Banner faculty records, and coordinates faculty reports using Cognos. She processes faculty contracts (adjunct, paraprofessional/clinical assistants, summer school, etc.) and assists with faculty searches and hiring processes. She maintains various budgets within academic affairs including funds for faculty development and conference travel.
