Students can manage their student accounts (view billing statements, make payments, store payment methods and designate authorized users) through TouchNet, a secure online billing system. Detailed information regarding fees and payment options is available under "Tuition Payment Services." Please note that billing notices are sent via e-mail and that fees are due the 15th of each month.
Department employees and student organizations should refer to the "Financial Policies/Procedures" section for College financial policies as well as Business Office forms, procedures, and the vendor search function.
Important Highlights for Students
Concordia implemented a more comprehensive student health insurance program through EIIA effective August 10, 2013. All full-time, undergraduate students are automatically enrolled and charged an annual premium of $1,640 for Concordia's health insurance plan--unless students have completed an on-line waiver verifying coverage through a comparable health insurance plan prior to August 30, 2013 (no refunds will be made after the waiver deadline). The on-line waiver may be accessed July 10th through August 30th at www.eiiastudent.org/cord (click on the "Waive my coverage" note). Detailed primary insurance information is needed to complete the waiver.
Before starting your course(s), the Business Office will need a completed Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement on file for you. Please review, sign and return the completed form to the Business Office.
Students and parents can find information on Tax Benefits for Education and the 1098-T tax form by viewing Publication 970 on the IRS Web site. Concordia's 1098-T forms will be mailed by January 31 or may be retrieved electronically earlier in January by going to http://tra.vangent.com (if you have not already created a log-in account, click on the "First Time Students" button and follow the registration instructions).
Be sure to contact the Business Office with any questions or for more information.
