CONCORDIA CHRISTMAS CONCERT TICKETS GO ON SALE NOV. 5
Tickets for the 87th annual Concordia College Christmas Concert go on sale beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 in the Memorial Auditorium box office. (Please note, even though the event venue has changed, tickets will be sold from the box office at Concordia.) The Memorial Auditorium box office, located on 12th Avenue at 7th Street South, Moorhead, is open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Concordia Christmas Concert is one of the best-known events in the Midwest, and this year's theme is “Before the Marvel of This Night.”
The Moorhead Concerts will be held in the Fargo Civic Center this year. Performances will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13; 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15.
Tickets are $13 each. Online, telephone and mail order ticket purchases require a $2 handling charge per ticket. For more information on the concerts or to purchase tickets visit ConcordiaChristmas.com or call (888) 477-0277.
The Minneapolis concerts will be held at the Orchestra Hall at 6 and 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12. Tickets for the Minneapolis concert can be purchased beginning Nov. 5 at 9 a.m. from the Orchestra Hall Box Office, by phone at (800) 292-4141 or online at MinnesotaOrchestra.org. Ticket prices are $20, $24 and $28 plus handling fees.
More than 450 student musicians will illuminate the marvel of Christ’s birth through music and a 176’ by 20’ art installation. Each year this is a Christmas tradition experienced by nearly 18,000 audience members.
