FALL 2013 ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCED
Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., fall enrollment is 2,558. The student body is comprised of 793 new students including 684 freshmen.
“We are pleased to have another strong incoming class,” says Vice President for Enrollment Steve Schuetz. “These students are starting from a place of academic strength and we are excited about the impact they will make on our community.”
The academic profile of the incoming freshman class includes a median ACT of 25 and average high school GPA of 3.61. Twenty-nine percent of students were in the top 10 percent of their graduating class for schools that rank.
Concordia’s student body comes from 34 states and 31 countries. Students of color represent nearly 9 percent of our incoming class and first-generation students make up 15 percent.
Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., is a recognized leader in global education. A four-year, private liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Concordia ranks 10th among the nation's colleges for the number of students who participate in short-term study abroad. All Concordia students learn one or more of nine world languages and many pursue international internships and volunteer experiences.
