LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE AT CONCORDIA
The Lorentzsen Center for Faith and Work at Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., will present “Leadership Development in the Changing Workplace,” a three-part fall conference Sept. 18, Oct, 16 and Nov. 20, at the Barry Auditorium, Offutt School of Business, located in Concordia’s Grant Center.
The conference will address pertinent issues in today’s workplace. A keynote address identifying key issues is followed by a series of 50-minute talks about best practices in these areas. The intended audience includes human resource professionals, mid-level managers and directors.
The topics for the conference include “Managing Your Own Career,” “Building Company Culture,” “Mergers and Acquisitions,” “Addressing Ethical Issues” and “Mentoring in the Workplace.”
The conferences, all on Wednesdays, will run from 7:30-9:30 a.m. The cost is $190 per person ($150 each with three or more from the same company). It is also available on live streaming for $150.
