NetNutrition

Utilize our online nutrition analysis program during the academic year to conveniently determine an estimated nutritional/caloric value of each meal in Anderson Commons. User-friendly features allow you to customize your nutritional analysis based on your menu preferences.

Registered Dietitians

Concordia College Dining Services offers access to onsite registered dietitians for students with meal plans. They are available for nutrition counseling and special diet accommodations. Please contact Dining Services at rdservices@cord.edu to set up a meeting with a registered dietitian.

Special Dietary Needs

Medically Necessary Modified Diets

Dining Services is committed to making reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of individuals with documented food-related allergies and intolerances. If you require a medically necessary modified diet, please fill out the Dietary Modification Verification form and return it to the Counseling Center and Disability Services office in Academy Hall (Room 106). After verification of your medical needs by Disability Services, you will meet with a registered dietitian for a consultation and explanation of accommodation and resources available.

Allergens

The Dining Services staff is trained and knowledgeable of safe food handling practices that prevent cross-contact and is also available for questions about food selection. Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish soy, peanut and tree nut products, and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facility. We attempt to provide nutrition and ingredient information that is as complete as possible. Products may change without our knowledge and menu items are prepared in close proximity to other ingredients that may result in cross-contact with ingredients not listed, including allergens. If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs speak with one of our registered dietitians for individualized assistance. Concordia College assumes no liability for adverse allergic reactions.

The allergen labeling guide in Anderson Commons labels the top eight food allergens and food traits like Vegetarian and Vegan.
