International students should arrive in Fargo-Moorhead on Sunday, January 5, 2014, prior to International Student Orientation on Monday, January 6, 2014. Campus residence halls do not open until Sunday, January 5th. If you arrive earlier than that date, you should make arrangements for your accommodation.
International Student Orientation will focus on visa regulations, U.S. culture and academic expectations. We'll also cover banking, employment, health insurance, culture shock and cultural adjustment, along with introducing you to important people on campus.
International students will attend the all-campus Spring Orientation with other new and transfer students, Tuesday, January 7, 2014.
