Park Region Hall
Park Region Hall provides housing for approximately 100 new and returning students, separated by floor. Two floors are dedicated to the Sexuality and Gender Inclusion Community, and other floors are coed by wing. Park Region also has air conditioning, an elevator, and two fully ADA-compliant restrooms/showers.
This 3 1/2-story residence hall features a beautiful lounge for its residents and was completed in 1956. Its name commemorates the college‘s original ties with Park Region Academy in Fergus Falls, Minn. A complete renovation of the hall was completed in 1996.

Most rooms are two-person rooms. Nearly all double rooms in Park Region are triangular.

They are 15 feet long and 9 feet wide at the narrow end and 18 feet wide at the larger end. Each room is furnished with beds (80 inches by 39 inches), a microfridge (a fridge, freezer, microwave combination unit), a wardrobe, dressers, desks, chairs, bookshelves, drapes and internet access. This hall is also air-conditioned.

Study areas: Study lounges are located on each floor, as well as in the lower level. There a computer lab and printer for residents in the lower level.

Kitchen: A kitchen is located just off the main lounge and is available 24 hours a day. The kitchen is furnished with a range, microwave oven refrigerator.

Laundry facilities: Located in the lower level, the facility includes automatic commercial washers and dryers.

Cleaning equipment: Assorted cleaning utensils are located in the utility room on each floor. Vacuum cleaners may be checked out at the desk.
