We pride ourselves on creating a social and academic environment where open discussions of spirituality, faith and interfaith are woven into the fabric of college life.
The Office of Ministry is a vital resource for students who are looking for engaging Christian worship opportunities of all shapes and sizes. There are traditional chapel services every morning Monday through Thursday; Bible study groups; theology discussion groups; and social justice projects such as Habitat for Humanity, hunger and disaster relief, and community outreach.
Concordia also offers the Forum on Faith and Life, which is an opportunity to engage in dialogue with people of all faiths (and people of no faith, too). The Forum on Faith and Life brings timely, relevant interfaith speakers to campus each year and works closely with the Interfaith Youth Core and the student-run organization Better Together.
You’re not alone – only 55 percent of Concordia students are. Students of all faiths, or with no religious beliefs, are welcome at Concordia. But if you’re looking for a particular congregation, the Office of Ministry provides a complete list of all churches, synagogues and other places of worship in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
