Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

The college is again partnering with Clay County Public Health to offer a free COVID -19 booster shot clinic on campus.

When: Thursday, Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Knutson Courtyard

Bring your vaccination card if you have one. You do not need to pre-register. There will be a short form you can print and fill out ahead of time to bring with you to the clinic, however, there will also be forms available at the clinic upon arrival. (Moderna Form  or Pfizer Form

The updated Pfizer and Moderna bivalent booster vaccines are authorized for ages 6 and older. You may choose which type of vaccine you would like to receive, and it can be either the same type or different from your primary series or previous booster doses. Please refer to COVID-19 Vaccine Basics (state.mn.us) for more information regarding COVID-19 vaccines.

The CDC recommends everyone stays up to date with COVID-19 vaccines. For adults, that means getting a booster two months after your primary series or last booster or three months after having COVID-19.

With continued federal funding for COVID vaccines uncertain, this may be the last free clinic the college offers on campus. Please consider taking advantage of this opportunity.

If you have questions, call or email the COVID-19 Helpline at 701.730.8304 or COVID19Helpline@cord.edu.

Thank you,
