Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

Effective Friday, March 11, Concordia will no longer require masks on campus. This follows recent changes to the CDC’s masking guidelines and a drop to low COVID-19 community levels in Clay County. We will continue to monitor these levels.

Individual instructors may continue to require masks in their courses, with students expected to follow those policies. The Friday start date is to allow time for faculty to communicate their requirements.

People may choose to wear a mask at any time. Please continue to respect their decisions.

Anyone with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask. Students in those situations still need to contact the COVID Student Helpline at 701.730.8304. Employees should contact Human Resources.

We cannot stress how much we appreciate everyone’s efforts and diligence over the course of the academic year.

As a reminder, if you traveled over Spring Break, we ask that you get tested.

Thank you,

COVID Response Group
