Whether you're looking for a weekly meeting space on campus or getting ready to plan your campus-wide event, the Campus Events team will be able to find a space that best fits your needs. Reservations can be made by recognized campus departments and student organizations for classrooms, lounges, and conference rooms, along with special event spaces such as the Centrum, Barry Auditorium, Jones A/B, Birkeland Alumni Lounge, and Frida Nilsen Lounge. Spaces such as Olson Forum, Memorial Auditorium, and the Campus Grounds can be requested as well.

Event Planning Form
Is your event in a Special Event Space or do you need any services for your event? Fill out the Event Planning Form and return it to the Campus Events Scheduling Coordinator at least three weeks prior to your event.Event Planning Form
