Choosing between a major in art with a general art history concentration and a preprofessional concentration in art history, students in the art history program are trained in both Eastern and Western traditions with foci upon breadth of coverage and depth of methodological competency. All 300-level classes are taught as graduate seminars with emphasis given to individual projects and individual research.
