Heidi Goldberg

Professor, Printmaking Art

Heidi Goldberg earned her MFA in Printmaking and Works on Paper from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, after her BA in Art from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. Since 1995, she has been teaching two-dimensionally based studio courses at Concordia and currently teaches:

  • 2-D 
  • Drawing 
  • Intermediate Studio 
  • Painting 
  • Printmaking 

Inspired by topics regarding the natural world and our relationships to it, Goldberg works in printmaking, fiber, and mixed media. Her works have been exhibited in local, regional, national, and international juried exhibitions. She lives in the sand hills near the Sheyenne National Grasslands in North Dakota where she enjoys making work in her studio, her family and pets (dogs, chickens, and yaks), observing nature,  gardening, and hiking.
