In order to distribute bulk mail via our campus post office, you first need receive approval from the Post Office manager. You can request approval by emailing or calling the Post Office manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or 218.299.3770.
Please provide the following information:
- Requested date of mailing
- Quantity to be mailed
- General description of content
- Size of document
Once this information has been received, it will be reviewed and determined if your item fits the requirements for distribution.
Please contact the post office manager at least three weeks prior to your requested mailing date to allow sufficient time for review, approval and scheduling.
Most mailings will be subject to a $0.10 per piece charge, payable when the material is dropped off for distribution.
Commercial bulk mail may be restricted on certain days of the week or times of year as determined by quantity of other campus mail. Additionally, as a private church-related college, Concordia has the right to restrict on-campus distribution of materials that may run contrary to the standards and policies of the institution.
