Sam Kjellberg '11, founder and CEO of SK Coffee, will guide you through a tasting between two drastically different Ethiopian coffees. Through the guided virtual tasting, Sam will explain the importance of origin, region, terroir, process, and roasting on a particular coffee's flavor potential. And through this, you will understand how two coffees from the virtually the same region can taste so dramatically different! There are 40 spots available and the cost is $18. The deadline to register is Friday, May 22, and packages will be sent out May 23.
