Albert E. Bartz was a 1955 graduate of Concordia College. He joined the Concordia faculty in 1957 and had a distinguished 54-year career in the psychology department. This scholarship is named for his parents, Albert F. and Elise Bartz. Albert F. was a 1928 graduate of Concordia College who taught German in Valley City, ND.
The A. F. and Elise Bartz Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Financial Aid Committee. Selection is based on scholastic achievement and financial need.
