Established on 11.29.2012 by Warren L. '57 and Elizabeth Anne Bartz  

Warren and Anne Bartz have deep roots in and appreciation for Concordia College. A high school valedictorian from Wheaton, Minnesota, Warren is a 1957 summa cum laude graduate of Concordia. He is the first of his family to graduate from college. During his time as a student, he participated in concert band and spring concert choir. After graduation, Warren served on Concordia's Alumni Board, has been a member of the Twin Cities Cord Committee and the C-400 Club, and participated in numerous Concordia events. He deeply loves Concordia. Anne Bartz is impressed with the caliber and quality of Concordia students. She also appreciates being treated almost like an alumna at Concordia events.

The Warren L. and Elizabeth Anne Bartz Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid. Selection is based on scholastic achievement and financial need. Preference for the scholarship is given to first generation college student and/or students from small towns or rural areas.
