Established on 05.15.1961 by Paul and Anna Drache
The Paul and Anna Drache Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to graduates of the MAASAE Girls Secondary School, Monduli, Tanzania, and/or those recommended by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania, Diocese in Arusha region, and/or Maasae women graduating from other schools who are recommended by the ELCT Diocese of Arusha, who intend to return to their native country as ministers or teachers. Next in order of preference shall be students preparing for careers as (a) missionaries, (b) ministers or (c) teachers in the field of history of the social sciences.
