Celebrating the impact that Concordia has had in our lives, this scholarship is designated for education majors as Lee and Sara both earned degrees in education. Sara graduated in 1993 with a major in elementary education and a minor in psychology. Lee was a secondary education major with an emphasis in history and graduated in 1994. After graduating, Sara earned a Master’s of Science in Education and taught in Rochester, MN, Paradise Valley, AZ, and Appleton, WI. Lee's career path utilized his liberal arts background as he took his first job with Ping and has been working for the golf company in various roles for almost three decades. Lee and Sara reside in Stillwater, MN, and are the proud parents of three daughters. Concordia gave Lee & Sara a strong foundation for which they will be forever grateful.
The Lee Goldstrand and Sara Quello Goldstrand Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to students of any class majoring in education.
