The Memorial Endowed Scholarship for Griggs and Steele County Students is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more students from Griggs and Steele Counties, preferably freshmen from Cooperstown and/or, secondly, from Binford, Hannaford, Hope or Finley High Schools. Selection is based on financial need, scholastic achievement, and professional promise.
