Established on 04.01.1997 by members of the Class of 1972
This fund was originally endowed in 1997 by members of the Concordia College Class of 1972 celebrating their 25th Anniversary. The contact persons for the fund are Rev. Dr. Brian L. Erickson (Class of 1972) and Mary Erickson, who lived and taught in Mexico and became increasingly aware of the need for international students to be able to study in high-quality liberal arts colleges. In honor of the 50th Anniversary of their graduation in 2022, the Class of 1972 hopes to increase the principal balance of the endowment so that more Concordia international students can receive scholarships.
The International Students Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more international students of any class or major.
