The Milton and Ellen Jacobson Holmen Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to students whoa re graduates of Oak Grove Lutheran High School, Fargo, North Dakota. Recommendations for potential recipients will be accepted from teachers/administrators at Oak Grove Lutheran High School. Selection is based on financial need and academic promise.
