The J. Harry and Donna Johnson Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid. Preference is given, in order, to students from Sidney, MT, Richland County, MT, the state of MT, or other scholastically qualified students. Selection is further based on scholastic achievement.
