The Letha J. Picton Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more students in their junior or senior year who have indicated a clear preference for a career in the field of health care. It is awarded to students majoring in health care related fields, such as but not limited to pre-medicine, pre-dentistry, nursing, medical technology, physical therapy, hospital administration and long-term health care administration. Selection is based on financial need and scholastic achievement.
