The Ryan L. Richter Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to junior or senior year students who have least a 2.75 GPA and are residents of Minnesota, North Dakota or South Dakota majoring in English, History or Business. Selection is based on financial need.
