The Clayton and Ruth Roen Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to any year students from western North Dakota with preference to those from McKenzie or Williams County. If there are no students that meet this criteria, the scholarship is awarded to a North Dakota resident. Selection is based on financial need and scholastic achievement.
