Established on 09.29.2012 by Phyllis Stenehjem Rovelstad '45 and Dr. Homer Rovelstad
This scholarship is given in memory of Odin and Lillie Stenehjem from Arnegard and Watford City, North Dakota. They were faithful church members who generously shared their love for music and worship with their children and the congregation. Lillie served as the church organist and choir director, while Odin sang in the choir and directed the band.
The Phyllis Stenehjem Rovelstad and Dr. Homer Rovelstad Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid. Selection will be based on financial need and scholastic achievement, with preference given to students planning to major in religion or express interest in pursuing a career in the ministry, or majoring in music and other fields.
