Established on 03.03.1999 by the Frank W. Venden Charitable Trust
The Frank W. Veden Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more students from Otter Tail County with first preference given to those from Fergus Falls. Selection is based on financial need and scholastic achievement.
