When do tickets go on sale?

How much are tickets?
Tickets are $19 each.
There is a $3 per ticket handling fee for tickets purchased by phone, at the box office or by mail.
How do I buy tickets?
Purchase tickets online beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24. NEW — you can select your own seats! After creating an account, you can log in at any time to print your eTickets or easily purchase more tickets. Tickets purchased online are FREE of the ticket service fee.

The Memorial Auditorium box office is located in the Offutt Concourse at 12th Avenue and 7th Street South. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning early November. On the day of the concert, the box office opens one hour before each performance. We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash and checks. A $3 per ticket service fee applies for tickets purchased at the box office.

Ticket orders received on or after Tuesday, Oct. 24, will be processed in the order received. Ticket orders received prior to the on-sale date will be processed as soon as possible after Tuesday, Oct. 24. Tickets are distributed as the best available at the time of processing. A $3 per ticket service fee applies for tickets purchased through the mail.

What are the options for wheelchairs?
Wheelchair and handicapped accessible seating is available for patrons and their companions. You may select these seats online or, for the most complete information on wheelchair and companion seating options, we suggest that you call 218.299.4366.
Ushers will be available to assist with seating and the placement of wheelchairs or walkers in these areas.
Those with limited mobility should consider a floor seat or a lower row number in the elevated seating. There is no elevator.
How is seating configured?
We offer either chairs on the floor or elevated seating. There are advantages to both types of seating; chairs on the floor have you closer to the performers, while the elevated seating provides a more global view of the entire performance.
Do you offer group tickets?
We offer discounted Group (defined as 20 or more) ticket prices for the Moorhead concerts only. There are no ticket service fees for orders placed online. A $3 per ticket service fee applies for tickets purchased by phone, at the box office or by mail.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for any unused or returned ticket.
What can I do with my ticket that won’t be used?
We have a no refunds or exchanges policy. We’d be happy to accept your extra ticket at the box office window. Thank you for understanding our effort to allow as many people as possible to experience this popular Christmas celebration.
What is the best route to drive to Concordia’s campus?
The concert is held on the Concordia College campus in Moorhead, Minn., located at 901 8th St. S. The building is called Memorial Auditorium and is located on 6th Street and 12th Avenue South.
From the interstate:
Concordia College is just off of I-94 at Moorhead’s Exit 1. Travel about 16 blocks north on Highway 75, also labeled Eighth Street. You’ll see the skyway at the edge of campus at 12th Avenue. Turn west onto 12th Avenue and the building on your immediate right is Olson Forum. Connected to this building through the Offutt Concourse is Memorial Auditorium.
From Highway 10:
Continue driving west on Highway 10 as it turns into Center Avenue. Turn south onto Eighth Street. When you reach 12th Avenue, turn west and the building on your immediate right is Olson Forum. Connected to this building through the Offutt Concourse is Memorial Auditorium.
What are my parking options?
View a parking map which displays parking options. You do not need a parking pass to leave your vehicle on campus during a concert.
The closest places to park are in the two lots labeled “MH/C,” located south of 12th Avenue South and across from Olson Forum and Memorial Auditorium.
The parking lots labeled “H” and “MH” to the southwest of Memorial Auditorium will be designated entirely for handicapped parking.
- You may also park on any of the nearby streets. Please abide by any street signs that are posted.
- If there are open spots in any other lot on campus, feel free to use them.
When should I arrive to the concert? What time do the doors open? What happens if I arrive late to the concert?
We suggest that you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the concert. Doors will open one hour before each performance. Any late arrivals will be held at the door for 15 minutes while the performers move in and the concert starts. After that time, ushers will walk with you to your specific seat.
BONUS! Those arriving early can hear the Tintinnabula Handbell Choir perform in the Offutt Concourse prior to each concert. Their music will begin at 6:15 p.m. Friday and Saturday night and at 1:15 p.m. Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

The concert length is 90 minutes.
Can I bring children?
These are family-friendly concerts, but please know that the atmosphere is similar to a church service with no applause between pieces. The concert length is 90 minutes. Those with young children are encouraged to secure an aisle seat. Sharing a seat with a child is not allowed. No childcare is provided.
Can I take pictures or record video?
We ask that no flash photos be taken. There is no video recording allowed.
How big is the mural?
The mural is 24 feet tall and 176 feet wide, which creates a canvas almost as large as two full-sized basketball courts.

Take a deep breath ... The summer after the concerts, the mural panels are stripped of their wallpaper covering and thrown away. The video below shows some of the process.
