Dan Hamilton, president of Transatlantic Leadership Network and Senior Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies Foreign Policy Institute, was the guest speaker for a panel discussion on the Russian and Ukraine crisis. Hamilton served as U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs and Dean of Concordia’s German Language Village.
