The 25 women come from varied backgrounds, businesses and industries, and each has made exceptional contributions in their careers and communities. First International is a full-service, independent community bank, a member of FDIC, and an equal housing lender. Branches are located in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Arizona and started as a Farmer’s State Bank in North Dakota 112 years ago. Wills has been with First International since 2016.
· Michelle (Christensen) Daggett ’94, president, Lakeshirts, Detroit Lakes, Minn.
Lakeshirts is a wholesale supplier of custom-designed, embroidery and screen-printed apparel, accessories, and all types of products. Lakeshirts also operates a retail store located on West Lake Drive on the beach in Detroit Lakes – open May-Labor Day. Daggett has been with Lakeshirts for more than 25 years.
· Kristi Hall-Jiran ’89, chief philanthropy and partnership officer, Altru Health System, Grand Forks, N.D.
Altru is a community of more than 3,500 health professionals and support staff committed to caring for the Grand Forks region for over 130 years. Hall-Jiran has been with Altru since January 2019.
