Ross Uglem was named an assistant coach of the men's golf team in July 2025 and interim head coach in March 2026. He also analyzes and enhances golf-specific physical development for the Cobber men's team.
Uglem played for the Cobbers from 2008 to 2011. After graduating from Concordia in 2011, Uglem went on to become a youth golf instructor and coached at the high school level for more than a decade. He is currently the owner of GolfNXT, an indoor golf performance center in Fargo.
