With three choirs to audition for, you'll sing your heart out and make life-long connections through music-making.
The music department is home to 200 music majors and 400+ non-majors every semester.
Consider auditioning for any of the 20 major music ensembles, including The Concordia Choir, The Concordia Band, and The Concordia Orchestra.
Private lessons with music faculty members will help increase your skills, and more than 700 music lessons are given each week. Many faculty and student-led chamber ensembles are active and also worth considering!
Membership in most ensembles is determined by audition at the beginning of the academic year. Audition results will be posted on CobberNet.

Our two orchestras provide opportunities to perform on campus and tour around the United States every year.
With three full jazz bands and three vocal jazz ensembles, there's always a concert right around the corner.
Concordia’s handbell choirs perform on 5 octaves of Malmark handbells and 6 octaves of Choirchimes®.
We encourage all students to join a music ensemble, regardless of your major. These scholarships are renewable for all four years of your Concordia education.
