Sonny Ranz

Sonny Ranz joined the Concordia Advancement team in January 2026 after a 25-plus-year career at Microsoft in a variety of leadership roles that focused primarily on sales, account management, and building teams across the country.

Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman (hunting, fishing, hiking) and loves any activity that involves spending time in nature all year long, including the family lake place on Big Cormorant. He enjoys volunteering with local community organizations, reading science fiction, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. 

Sonny lives in West Fargo  with his wife, Jen, and son, Bridger. They also have three adult sons —  Alex, Cole, and Cael.
