Terry Luschen is entering his 10th season on the Cobber football staff.
Luschen was the head coach at Oak Grove Lutheran High School in Fargo, N.D., in 2023.
From 2021-2022, Terry worked with Army at West Point helping them with their data analytics and Pro Football Focus (PFF) data management.
From 2011-2019, Terry was with Concordia where he served as the Running Backs Coach (01-08) and Quarterbacks Coach(09). Terry was also the JV head coach and helped with technical solutions.
Luschen brings a wide set of life experiences to his position at Concordia. He started his football journey by playing for Division III Central College 1991-1994 where he was part of two conference championships and two NCAA tournament appearances. After graduating in 1995, he spent two years volunteering in the Peace Corps in Cameroon and then returned to Minnesota to work as a Software Engineer and Architect.
Luschen, and his wife, Tifani, then went to Jamaica to volunteer at a local grade school. He came back to Minnesota in 2000 and started his coaching duties at Litchfield HS.
Luschen now works for Perficient and lives in Glyndon, Minnesota, with Tifani, daughters Azahna and Aila, and son Ayden.
