Ty Syverson

Ty Syverson entered his fourth season in 2025 as pitching coach for the Cobber baseball program.

Syverson has led the staff to new heights in all four seasons on the staff. In 2024, Syverson oversaw three pitchers, who received MIAC postseason honors. Jacoby Nold was named to the MIAC All-Conference Team while Grant Anderson and Alex Rudquist garnered MIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. 

Syverson was a standout pitcher for Concordia during his collegiate career. He pitched for the Cobbers from 2017 to 2021 and posted a career record of 17-7 with a 2.77 ERA and struck out 146 batters in 169.0 career innings.

Syverson graduated from Concordia in 2021 with a major in psychology.
