Post Office

The Concordia post office is located on the mezzanine level of the Knutson Campus Center. Each student is assigned a post office box during registration or at the beginning of the fall term; the number of this box should be registered on all incoming mail.

Anyone sending you mail should format your address as follows:

Students will be notified of UPS/USPS/FedEx packages and other large mailings that they receive through their P.O. boxes. These packages may be picked up when the post office window is open. Postage stamps and specialty mailing envelopes are available at the post office window, which is open designated hours. These purchases may be paid for with cash, check, or Cobber Cash. Intra-campus mail does not require postage.

Advanced postal services such as CODs, money orders, and registered, and insured mail may be obtained at the Moorhead Post Office, located at 119 5th St. S., in Moorhead. Mailing out of UPS packages should be done at a UPS store; the closest one is located at 403 8th St. S., in Moorhead.
