Established on 12.23.2013 by Albert E. '55 and Solveig '54 Bartz
Albert E. Bartz was a 1955 graduate of Concordia College. He joined the Concordia faculty in 1957 and had a distinguished 54-year career in the psychology department. This scholarship is named for his parents, Albert F. and Elise Bartz. Albert F. was a 1928 graduate of Concordia College who taught German in Valley City, ND.
