Established on 01.06.1999 by Mary Helen Halaas and members of the Class of 1949
The Class of 1949 Endowed Scholarship for Students of Promise is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to sophomore, junior, and senior students who may have modest grades but also demonstrate a high degree of motivation and a willingness to work, as reported by faculty recommendations. Selection is also based upon financial need and scholastic achievement.
