Rick Mattson graduated from Concordia College in 1970. He later attended law school and went on to have a successful career in legal publishing. His goal for establishing this scholarship is to recognize students who have shown exceptional academic ability while at Concordia and to encourage them on their journey.
The Mattson Endowed Scholarship be awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more students of any class or major based on high scholastic achievement.
