Two kids travelled to Concordia from Montana in 1994; one had a plan, the other did not.

Trina Pisk ‘98 came from Bighorn County, MT and majored in psychology and found her calling in higher education. She served Concordia for many years in Admissions, helping young people make their first major life decision, and later connecting people with philanthropic joy in Advancement.

Jason F. Hall ‘98 grew up in Great Falls, MT and studied to become an elementary teacher, following his father’s (Everett C. Hall ’70) vocational path at Centennial Elementary in Fargo for his career, inspiring the next generation of future Cobbers.

Trina adds, "We created this scholarship because of our profound hope in YOU, the recipient of this scholarship, and the ways that you will uniquely influence the affairs of the world. Know that we are in your cheering section, just as many were there for us during our time at Concordia!

Each of us has the capacity to help someone suffer a little less or bring a smile to a sad heart. Be that for others and when you need it, know that your Cobber community is here for you."

The Trina Pisk-Hall ’98 and Jason Hall ’98 Family Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more students of any class or major.
