Application Procedure

Please read completely before applying.

Application Deadline for Fall 2023: Sept. 15, 2023

Invited Students: Students who have received our personal invitation letter via mail or email can apply below.
Nominated Students: Students who have not received our personal invitation letter but are nominated by their orchestra conductor can also apply below.
After submitting the online application, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email to the student email provided. We will verify your eligibility and follow up with a link to complete health, liability, and registration forms (including parent/guardian signatures and payment options).
Honor String Orchestra members will receive the music approximately two weeks ahead of the event.
