Concordia Presents Virtual Lecture by Best-Selling
Author/Civil Rights Leader/Activist

Concordia College is excited to announce the featured speaker for this year’s Forum on Faith and Life Lecture is Valarie Kaur. Her lecture, “See No Stranger: Revolutionary Love as the Call of our Times,” will be broadcast Nov. 9 beginning at 7 p.m. in the Centrum, Knutson Campus Center, on the Moorhead, Minn., campus. Kaur will respond to audience questions as part of the evening program.

Join the campus community for an evening with Kaur, a renowned civil rights leader, Sikh American activist, lawyer, award-winning filmmaker, founder of the Revolutionary Love Project and best-selling author of “SEE NO STRANGER: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love.”

Kaur reframes the present moment as one of transition and calls on everyone to show up in birthing a new future. Her message has inspired millions. She will equip us with tools for practicing revolutionary love in life and in movements for social justice. She inspires her audiences to imagine how to create an anti-racist, equitable, and sustainable world.

This event is a virtual live event which can be attended in the Centrum. It is free and open to the public. Masks are required.
