LORENTZSEN CENTER BREAKFAST 

The Lorentzsen Center for Faith and Work, part of the Concordia College Offutt School of Business, will present the upcoming breakfast “Faith and Inclusivity in the Workplace,” from 7:30 a.m.-9 a.m. Friday, March 13, in Barry Auditorium, Concordia College. The speaker is Sandy Piatz.

Piatz is senior director and site leader for Microsoft’s Fargo campus. She started her career at a start-up software company that was a partner of Great Plains Software. She joined Microsoft in 2002. She’ll speak about her journey through the leadership labyrinth and the ideas and lessons learned in creating an intentionally inclusive culture.

The Lorentzsen Center honors the life and work of Norman M. Lorentzsen. He was an esteemed philanthropist, former CEO of Burlington Northern, alumnus of Concordia and former member and chair of its Board of Regents. The center identifies and sustains ethical values and practices in individuals and organizations.
