Music Scholarship Finalist Audition Events
Register to join us to perform your live finalist audition for a music scholarship. Please review the event descriptions below. If you are unavailable for these events, please reach out to Kristen Hatfield to schedule an alternate audition time.
Friday, Dec. 4: Moorhead
This event includes a luncheon, info sessions for students and parents, opportunities to connect with admission representatives, and the option to attend the premiere of the 100th Christmas Concert for free (along with our VIP behind-the-scenes event). The concert features all Concordia choirs, and The Concordia Orchestra.

Friday, Dec. 4
11-11:45 a.m. — Check-In
12-1 p.m. — Luncheon with Music Faculty (students and families)
1:15-1:45 p.m. — Welcome Meeting (students and families)
2-5 p.m. — Auditions, Campus Tour, Admission Visits
5-7 p.m. — VIP Christmas Concert Experience (optional)
7:30 p.m. — Premiere of the 100th Christmas Concert (optional)
Friday, Dec. 11: Twin Cities
We offer the option to complete a live audition in the twin cities for students with conflicts for our other two events, and those who have taken an official campus tour at a different time. This event features the opportunity to see the 100th Christmas Concert for free at Orchestra Hall the evening prior to auditions (12/10), and students will be able to meet faculty at their audition, and connect with admission representatives outside of their audition time.
These auditions take place at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (900 Stillwater Rd, Mahtomedi, MN 55115).

5:00 OR 7:30 p.m. — 100th Christmas Concert Performance (optional)
Friday, Dec. 11
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. — Auditions, Admission Visits
Sunday, Feb. 14-Monday, Feb. 15: Moorhead
(Two-Day Event)
This event includes a banquet, info sessions for students and parents, opportunities to connect with admission representatives, and a concert featuring some of our top-performing ensembles. The February event is our largest music scholarship event of the year. Students are expected to attend both days of the event.

4-4:45 p.m. — Check-In
4:45-5:30 p.m. — Welcome Meeting (student and family meetings)
5:45-6:45 p.m. — Banquet with Music Faculty (students only; families are welcome to dine in our dining center)
7-9 p.m. — Concordia Ensembles Concert (families welcome)
9-9:45 p.m. — Faculty and Current Student Meet & Greet
Monday, Feb. 15
8 a.m.-3 p.m. — Auditions, Campus Tour, Admission Visits, Lunch
9-10 a.m. — Parent Session (financial aid and college experience)
