The Carl B. Ylvisaker Library is committed to providing equal access to library collections, services, and facilities for all library users. For collections that aren’t accessible, we strive to provide accommodations and timely access to users with disabilities.

Physical Spaces
The Carl B offers many accessible study spaces including carrels, tables, and chairs found throughout the library.
- Study Rooms: study rooms on the library’s first, third, and fourth floors can be accessed via the library elevator.
- Classrooms: the Library Classroom and the Library Instruction Lab are located on the second floor of the library and can be accessed via the library elevator.
- Printers: printers are located on the first and second floors of the library. The Fishbowl and Learning Commons printers are at sitting height.
- Bathrooms: the library has an accessible, gender neutral restroom just off the main entry of the library.
