Apply. Submit your application during your freshman or sophomore year at Concordia (by the end of January).
Interview. Participate in an Early Entrance Interview with MCW pharmacy faculty.
Provisional Admission. Upon acceptance, receive provisional admission to the Pharm.D. program.
Remain on Track at Concordia. Stay enrolled full time at Concordia (minimum 12 credits per semester) and complete all Concordia Core, degree, and major coursework in the approved 3+3 program plan.
Prerequisites. Complete all pharmacy prerequisite courses within three consecutive years.
Concordia College students pursuing one of the following majors:
Students who want to complete both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Concordia and a Pharm.D. from MCW in six years through reverse transfer of credits.
Apply to the MCW School of Pharmacy for Early Assurance Direct Admission during your freshman or sophomore year at Concordia (by the end of January).
Participate in an Early Entrance Interview at MCW and receive a faculty recommendation.
Formally accept the offer of provisional admission.
Enroll full time (minimum 12 credits/semester) at Concordia while completing all required coursework.
